abstract
This paper proposes the structural concept of "manifest chain" to describe how those unspeakable roots move from individual deep experience to public discernable manifestations. Manifestation is not a sudden event, but a structural chain. It contains five structural nodes that occur in order and can appear at the same time: synchronic appearance, sense of harmony, structural coreference, and intersection of common identification and manifestation. These five nodes are not psychological states or communication strategies, but an ontology sequence of "how many touch one". This paper attempts to demonstrate that any root of real common value is not manifested by a single individual, but is generated by the intersection of at least two directions at some retrievable position. Explicit chains describe the complete structure and generative logic of this process.
1. Introduction: Why cannot the roots appear alone
Roots have a fundamental property: they are not objectified. It is not a being, not an entity, not the highest. It has no attributes, no location, and no content to be captured. Because of this, no matter how deeply a single individual touches the roots, it cannot make the roots a public phenomenon.
Individuals can only return roots and cannot display roots. He can stop, be still, and walk in a certain direction. But that direction is just a line. A line points to a point and cannot prove that that point exists. To have an "manifest intersection", at least two lines need to intersect at a certain location.
The explicit chain is the complete process that describes "from a single line to an intersection". It is not an artificially designed communication path, but a structural condition that must be passed through when roots enter the public.
2. Five nodes of the explicit chain
The explicit chain consists of five structural nodes. These five nodes are not strictly chronological, but a logical and ontological order.
Node 1: Simultaneous appearance
Synchronic manifestation is the earliest and most difficult to explain in the chain of manifestations. It is manifested as: multiple nodes that have not yet been known begin to loosen independently within similar time windows.
This kind of "loosening" is not something initiated by a certain person, but a structural convergence. The old structure begins to fail, the old direction is no longer possible, and the old order can no longer provide a sense of security. As a result, different individuals, in different places, began to make similar turns.
Simultaneous manifestation is not cause and effect. It is not caused by the spread of information. It is more like the same root on different nodes, sending out weak directional changes at the same time. The reason why a group of related people appear in an era is not just the interpersonal network, but more likely that many lines have already shown their cracks on the ground.
The second node: Sense of Harmony
When the two lines are not yet fully apparent, there is a layer of "homology" first. The sense of harmony does not require that the direction be clear, nor does it require the other party to understand it. It is just a kind of "harmony" that has occurred between two beings before they have been explained, defined, or spoken.
Very little coherence. It is often missed. But it is the first true interpersonal manifestation in the chain of manifestations. Until then, everything was within the individual; from then on, roots began to project out into interpersonal space. A sense of harmony is not understanding, recognition, or consensus. It is "what seems to be between us", an air vibration before the intersection appears.
The third node: Structural homology
Once the sense of homology is caught, structural homology may occur. The same structure means that two independent directional lines have pointed to the same position. This location was not clear at first. It may be a problem, a need, or just a commonly felt gap.
Structural congruence does not require that the two lines have the same semantics. The line can be two completely different lines. They can differ in experience, methods, and language. But as long as they point in the same direction at a recognizable structural position, structural co-reference is established.
Structural identity refers to the first time that "identity" rather than "similarity" appears in the manifest chain. This kind of "unity" is not a repetition of content, but a intersection of directions.
Node 4: Joint identification
Joint identification occurs when the structural reference is seen by both parties and recognized at the same time.
The joint identification is not "I agree with you" or "you understand me." It is two beings at the same time, or nearly the same time, each starting from its own position, and suddenly seeing that the other and themselves are pointing to the same place.
At this moment, a fundamental change occurred in the roots. It no longer belongs to only one party. It becomes what is seen together between the two. From then on, it became public-even if there were only two people in this "public".
Joint identification is the first threshold for roots to enter the public. It is the qualitative change point from "private" to "public" in the manifest chain.
Fifth node: explicit intersection
Once joint identification occurs, the intersection points appear.
The intersection is not a specific object, nor is it a common view. It is the position pointed out by the two lines, and for the first time, a structure that can be identified, returned, and continued to be established.
After the intersection point appears, the third and fourth lines can be connected. They don't need to be exactly the same as the original line, just need to all point to this already recognizable location. As a result, a private root began to become part of the public structure.
The manifest intersection point is the objective side of common recognition. It is rooted between people and actually exists for the first time.
3. Structural properties of explicit chains
1. the non-causal
These five nodes are not mechanical causes and effects. No node necessarily leads to the next. Synchronous appearance does not necessarily bring about a sense of homology; a sense of homology does not necessarily develop into structural homology.
But they are structurally orderly. Without synchronic manifestation, the sense of homology lacks soil; without structural homology, there is no reason for common recognition to occur; without common recognition, the manifest intersection can only be a private fantasy.
2. At least two lines are needed
The hardest condition for the manifest chain is that there are at least two lines. Single lines cannot generate intersections. This is a structural condition, not a psychological condition.
This is why anything that really changes public structures initially comes from the very smallest core. Because only two lines are needed to manifest the starting point of the chain. But it must have two things.
3. The root is never in the chain
The manifest chain describes "how the root enters the public", but the root body is never in the chain. It is not in any node. It is the background that made the chain possible but never appeared in the chain.
Precisely because the root is not in the chain, the manifest chain is not possession of the root. It is just one way of making it public.
4. The social significance of the manifest chain
The manifest chain can explain many seemingly mysterious social phenomena.
Liu Bang and the generals of Pei County were not because Liu Bang was the chosen person, but because in that era, many lines had appeared simultaneously. At a similar time, they began to feel that the old order could not be continued. Then, a sense of harmony appears. Then, at the deflection point of Liu Bang, the structural co-reference occurs. Finally, a joint identification is formed, the intersection points appear, and the team is formed.
The same goes for start-up teams. Almost all the core teams that can truly go on do not rely on interests and systems first, but on some common direction that has not been fully stated. They first have homology, then have the same reference, and then enter into common recognition, finally forming an intersection that can be called "we are doing the same thing."
The manifest chain also explains why the "co-recognizers" you've been looking for are scarce. It is not that the thoughts are not good enough, but that every node in the chain cannot be planned. They can only be recognized and cannot be executed.
5. Conclusion
The roots cannot be said, but the roots must enter the world. The root of WTO entry cannot be revealed by oneself. It must rely on at least two lines intersecting at a certain position.
The manifest chain is the very narrow, slow, very real path from root to intersection. It does not promise results. It describes only the conditions:
When two lines really point to the same place and see each other, the root begins to take shape in the human world.
It is not one line that illuminates the world, but the intersection of two lines that allows the invisible position to be seen together for the first time.
explicit chainThe meaning is not to let people find more lines, but to let the line that has already appeared know when another line has pointed to it.
